Our #NLA2024 Entry: Embodying Our Values

Entering the Team of the Year category, we aim to highlight how these values are ingrained in our daily operations. Here are a few examples of our team’s achievements that illustrate why we deserve this recognition:

The Northamptonshire Logistics Awards Judging Panel will be looking for:

– Has the team delivered a major project on time and to budget?

– What makes this team stand out?

– How have they consistently over-achieved in their field of operation – such as high levels of customer service?

– How has the team delivered over and above what is expected of them by stakeholders – internal & external?

We will include two case studies—one demonstrating our commitment to our clients and the other highlighting our contract with a large Retailer, which resulted in the establishment of the Gloucester warehouse. These two examples will show how the team has exceeded expectations and gone the extra mile to positively impact the client businesses and improve Route1 Group’s service offering and internal processes.
