The EMPLOYEE Selection Process

Each month, supervisors and managers from each department nominate employees who have demonstrated exceptional performance and embody Route 1 Group’s values. The management team then reviews the nominations and selects one individual from each department—warehouse, drivers, and office team—to be honoured as the Employee of the Month.
