Established in 2018 as an internal HR team within Route 1 Group, Route 1 Recruitment has evolved into Northampton’s leading staffing solutions provider. Initially focused on fulfilling the staffing needs of Route 1 Group, especially in warehouse operations and driving teams, Route 1 Recruitment’s services have expanded across various sectors, including Food Production, Commercial Recruitment, Warehouse and Industrial, Driving, Catering, and Hospitality.
This Valentine’s Day marked an exciting milestone: the partnership of Abbie and Nick Claringbold! While we are sorry to see Nick transfer to our sister business with his 18 years of expertise in fulfilment excellence, we are excited to see how his experience will complement Abbie’s vision.
We believe that this husband and wife team will drive continued growth and excellence for the Group. Plus, Nick’s experience will offer a Consultancy-style approach to recruitment, especially in the warehouse and operational key service sectors, which is a key area for growth for this sister company of the Group.
